This is our 12" XX12i Truss Tube IntelliScope Dobsonian bundled with a custom designed light shroud to block stray light and improve image contrast. Also includes 3 padded cases designed to protect the optical tube sections during transport.

last week i purchased the orion xx12i with the cases and cover. assembly was pretty easy except for finding the correct parts!! it would have been nice if the parts were labeled!! assembly was completed within 2 hours. so far the telescope is an awesomeupgrade from my celestron c10-ngt. collum was easy and fast and the setup was a piece of cake. after 2 days of rainy weather i finally got cool, clear skys to use it.. man was i blown away. the intellscope is easy to use ( dont forget to order the cable for your computer!!). i also ordered the starry night pro software . not bad so far!! i would recommend it to anyone. it was packed well and arrived in 1 piece.
