Orion Multiple 5-Filter Wheel for 1.25" Filters
Orion Multiple 5-Filter Wheel for 1.25" Filters
The Orion Multiple-Filter Wheel holds up to five 1.25" filters allowing you to change filters without removing your telescope eyepiece or camera. It allows astrophotographers to shoot sequentially without interruption for RGB and LRGB photography.

I found this product very solid in construction. The filters screwed in quite easily and the filter wheel indexed perfectly. I loaded 5 filters, red, green, yellow, blue and the 1.25 inch ultra block filter. Since I own a schmidt cass focusing was not a problem. This was a joy to use as comparison images from each filter was quick and easy. Thanks Orion for the good work. I have yet to do photography with this set up.
Yes, I recommend this product!

The Orion UltraBlock NB Eyepiece Filter is for deep-sky observers in highly light-polluted areas. This 1.25" filter blocks all forms of light pollution allowing you to see fainter deep-sky objects than you would with wideband filters or unfiltered.

I live in a very light polluted condo complex and was able to view M42's outer nebulosity through an 8 inch Meade schmidt cass telescope at about 50 X. The Pleadies cluster was a more challenging object. Some nebulosity could be detected but do to extraineous light good dark adaption was next to impossible. As yet I haven't attempted photography but from what I've seen visually it should be stunning.
Yes, I recommend this product!
