The Orion Nautilus Motorized 2" Filter Wheel allows you to load up to 4 filters and then use the control software to change filters automatically. A great time saver for RGB and LRGB astrophotography with monochrome cameras.

ASCOM Driver lacks support for 64 bit OS. I purchased this filter wheel to use as a shutter for taking dark frames for my guider. when the FW arrived I was surprised that the supplied ASCOM driver failed during install on Win 7 64. So, I spent 2 days writing my own driver in order to use it!
The FW appears to be of decent quality and it work ok now with my driver.
No, I do not recommend this product.

For stunning color photographs, the Orion Parsec 8300C Camera is perfect. The advanced astrophotographer will enjoy the regulated dual-stage thermoelectric cooling, internal full-frame memory buffer, and an internal shutter for taking dark frames.

This camera performs well and my tests confirm the advertised specs to be accurate within a reasonable margin of error. Great value and performance for the price!!! This camera is a nice match for use with my 200-300mm telephoto lenses and it didn't break my piggy bank.
Pros: price, specs, acceptable cooling
Cons: noisy fan (on high speed)
Yes, I recommend this product!

The mount's geometry and lack of mass make it a point for flexure
