badly damaged focuser

focus knob shat badly bent ... fine focus knob loose in box ... no outward container damage apparent ... optical tube had several abrasions ... mounting plate had 1/4-inch notch on side... been waiting a month for a replacement ... no end in sight
No, I do not recommend this product.
