The SynScan worked great until the LCD screen got broke. Even though it is a put in LCD screen I can't find a replacement. The only solution given to me was to purchase a new one for $400.00. It's very upsetting to thing the replacement screen would have to cost $400.00. Especially when the controller I have still work very good I just can read all the information that is on the screen. For this I give a bad review..... Maybe someone else knows where I can retro fit a different LCD screen or find this replacement one. Sincerely Mike ,This situation appears to qualify for warranty replacement.
