The XT6i, with its object locator, allow the novice stargazer to find more than 14,000 objects with the push of a button. The dobsonian telescope base is very stable yet portable, and the computer system help locate objects in just a few seconds.
Great telescope I purchased this scope as a birthday gift for my daughter. she lives in an apartment so she needed something easy to use and store. We have used the scope 3 times so far and very pleased with optical quality, workmanship of tube assemblyand the Go To operation. The scope was packaged very good for shipping and the assemble instructions are good. Good scope for taking to dark sky sites or setting up for a evening in your back yard. Dan

Received scope about 10 weeks ago. very pleased with quality and workmanship and optical performance. very good all purpose telescope have observed deepsky objects, Juipter and the Moon. Orion provides quality products and customer service Dan Grove City,Oh
