The compact FunScope 76mm allows you to see clearer and sharper images than the typical 60mm beginner telescope. The red-dot finder makes it easy to find objects in the sky. Set this telescope up on a table for a night full of family stargazing fun!

I bought this as a gift for my nice, figuring worse case, I'm out fifty bucks. I am amazed at what a functional little instrument this is. Real eyepieces, real focuser, and an easy to use mount make this the perfect starter telescope for a child. Even for more experienced stargazers, this is a nice grab and go scope for causal observing...a lot easier to drag around than 10x70 binoculars + a tripod. The optics aren't outstanding, but compared to department store dreck you pay twice as much for, it easily holds it own. This is a real value, definitely the way to go if you wish to instill an interest in astronomy in a child.
