I really don't have any complaints about the product, but the chair doesn't fit my long term needs. I need a chair that will go up and down. I've got a goto dobsonian and like to spend time sky surfing with the hand controller. Unless the area I'm surfing is low in the sky, this chair won't work well. I have ordered the #5941 Weekend Observer’s Chair and expect that it will meet all of my needs.
